MEMBERSHIP
As a member of the Williamstown RSL you are entitled to great discount offers on food and drinks. You can also participate in our member’s loyalty program, accumulating loyalty points every time you purchase food and drinks which are then able to be redeemed at the venue in our bars and restaurant. You will receive a membership booklet with over $140.00 of free food and beverage vouchers to be used throughout the year.
Another great reason to become a member of the Williamstown RSL is the opportunity to win our membership draws every Thursday and Saturday evening from 5.30pm. Five draws are held between 5.30pm and 7.30 pm, the minimum prize draw is $200.00 and this increases by $25.00 each week. Members must be present and have their membership card to be eligible. Members also receive reciprocal rights at all other Victorian RSL’s on presentation of their membership card.
The Williamstown RSL holds an annual Kids Xmas Tree on the first Sunday in December, a fun day with rides, a free bbq and great entertainment. This day is free for members and their children and great grandchildren.
The Timeball Day Club welcomes new members. The Timeballers meet every Wednesday from 10.30 am for fun activities, exercise, lunch and day trips.
The cost of Social and Affiliate Membership is only $40.00. Service Membership is $35.00. Membership forms are attached or simply visit the Williamstown RSL and lodge your
membership form.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING CODE OF CONDUCT
The Williamstown RSL Sub-Branch is committed to the objects and purposes of the Returned & Services League. Such objects include the care and assistance of veterans and their families, and involvement and commitment to the members of the local community. The Williamstown Sub-Branch accepts the responsibility for the care of its members and visitors to the Sub-Branch, including the responsible supervision of gambling and associated activities. The following is the Sub-Branch’s Responsible Gambling Code of Conduct.
OUR VENUE’S COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING
Responsible gambling in a regulated environment is when consumers have informed choices and can exercise a rational and sensible choice based on their circumstances. It means shared responsibility with collective action by the gambling industry, government, individuals and communities.
The Williamstown Sub-Branch commits to this policy as part of its commitment to the care of its members and the community.
